Terms of Service

These terms cover the RollPath website and, when it launches, the RollPath app (together, the "Services"), operated by Metellus Productions LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Services you agree to them.

1. What RollPath is

RollPath is an educational resource and training journal for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The guides describe how the belt system commonly works; they are not promises about your promotion, which is decided by your instructor. Timelines and calculators are estimates built from public requirements and common patterns, not guarantees.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing in the Services is medical, health, or coaching advice. Jiu Jitsu is a contact sport with inherent risk of injury. Train under qualified instruction, listen to your body, and consult a professional for medical questions. You use the Services and you train at your own risk.

3. Your content

Logs and notes you create in the app are yours. You give us the limited license needed to store and display them back to you. We do not publish your content.

4. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the Services: no scraping at scale, no attempting to break or overload them, no using them to harass anyone.

5. Purchases

When the app launches, any subscriptions will be processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms alongside these. Pricing and what is included will be stated in the app before any purchase.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our total liability for any claim to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the Services and these terms; material changes move the effective date above. You can stop using the Services at any time, and can ask for your data to be deleted per the Privacy Policy.
