Privacy Policy

This policy covers the RollPath website and, when it launches, the RollPath app (together, the "Services"), operated by Metellus Productions LLC ("we," "us"). It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
The short version: the website collects almost nothing, the app will collect what you log in it, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time by emailing support@metellusproductions.com.
1. What we collect
On this website
- Basic analytics, if enabled: pages visited, referrer, and approximate region, via Google Analytics. No accounts, no forms, no tracking across other sites.
- Email content, if you write to us: your address and whatever you include in the message.
In the app (when it launches)
- Profile details you enter: name or handle, belt rank, stripes, and academy if you choose to add it.
- Training logs you enter: classes, rolls, techniques drilled, notes, and dates.
- Device and usage data: app version, device type, crash logs, and analytics events that describe how features are used.
- Your logs are stored securely against your account so they can be restored if you lose or replace your phone. They are never sold and never used for advertising.
2. What we use it for
- Running the Services: showing you your own history, progress, and timelines.
- Fixing bugs and understanding which features are used.
- Replying when you contact us.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
3. Third parties
We use standard infrastructure providers to run the Services (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and, in the app, payment processing through Apple). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Purchases in the app are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details.
4. Retention and deletion
Website analytics are retained on standard Google Analytics terms. App data is retained while your account is active. Email support@metellusproductions.com at any time to have your data deleted; deletion is completed within 30 days.
5. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
6. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it and significant changes are noted on this page.
